How does platform operate?
1. The client company signs a contract with Avenom, gets access to the platform’s personal account, and makes an advance payment for services/work.
2. The client company’s freelancers register on the platform through a Avenominvitation and accept the offer. The platform handles onboarding and manages communication.
3.Freelancers provide services and receive payments to their cards, while the platform automatically generates all the necessary closing documents for the client company.

What if the company’s headquarters and freelancers are in different countries?
The client company signs a single contract with the AVENOM platform, which acts as the general contractor, while AVENOM signs contracts with freelancers on its behalf.
The client company only needs to assign tasks to the distributed team and approve the services rendered. Payments are made by AVENOM directly to the freelancer’s card.

How quickly are payments processed?
Funds are credited to the platform balance within a couple of hours after the company pays the invoice. Freelancers receive payments after signing a work completion statement, which takes up to 15 minutes. The platform automatically generates all necessary closing documents to comply with the laws of the countries involved.
Are there any payment limits?
The standard limit of a monthly payment to 1 freelancer is equivalent to 200 000 roubles (in one or more payments). If needed, it can be increased upon the company’s request.
Is there a trial access to the platform?
Yes, if you want to test AVENOM, on the same day you can assign 1−2 tasks via the platform and make a pilot payment to your freelancer.
What services are included in the contract with AVENOM?
AVENOM operates under a general contracting model. This means that regardless of the number of freelancers (whether it’s 10 or 100), the client company signs only one contract with AVENOM for service provision.

The platform offers a catalogue including 200 services. The company can select the necessary services or add new ones upon request as long as they comply with legal standards.

Freelancers can see all the services they provided, payment statuses, and tax statuses in their personal account.

Who will register the freelancers?
The freelancer enters all the necessary information themselves during registration on the platform by uploading photos of their documents and providing their bank card or account details for receiving payments.
Who resolves disputes with freelancers?
If a task is not completed properly or on time, the client company does not accept the service on the platform (does not check off that the work is accepted), and AVENOM does not accept the service from the freelancer. The freelancer will not receive payment.
